CAF criteria for APL eligibility
The property must be the tenant’s principal residence and located in France (metropolitan or overseas departments);
The property must meet certain criteria of decency and occupancy: it must have a minimum level of comfort (heating, WC) and a minimum surface area of 9m2 ;
The accommodation must be subsidized.
How long does it take to receive aid?
It can take between 2 and 6 months, depending on whether you give us all the information we need.
